UK orders can be processed via the shop. Delivery to other countries will require contact with us to arrange.

UK

Shipping in the UK is a flat rate

  • Standard (3-5 working days) is £4, and free for orders over £30.

  • Priority (1-2 working days) is £7

International

The two options for international shipping are:

  • Standard (1-3 weeks) is from £18, increasing with the weight of the pottery ordered.

  • Priority (3-5 days) starts from £30 and increases with the order weight.

International Standard delivery speed is affected in some countries. Pop over to Royal Mail for updates for each country that is impacted.​

Customs

Customs fees will vary from country to country. If placing an international order, please check what fees will need to be paid. Customs fees generally need to be paid by the recipient before the couriers can deliver the package. Non-payment will result in the package being returned or destroyed (hopefully not!).
